Area Manager France (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Customer and Distributor Management: You manage and develop our customers and distributors within the French sales territory, building strong and long term partnerships.
- Technical Sales: You present our products convincingly, provide technically sound advice, and develop tailored solutions together with our customers.
- Business Development in the Region: You strengthen our market position in France, identify new business opportunities, and further expand our sales activities in your region.
- Implementation of Sales & Marketing Strategies: You execute product specific sales and marketing strategies and provide valuable input for marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: You monitor market trends and competitor activities, derive strategic recommendations, and support the continuous development of our product offering.
- Travel Requirements: You are willing to travel extensively within the French sales region.
Your Profile
- Education & Qualifications: You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, business administration, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Professional Experience: You have several years of experience in technical B2B sales and a strong understanding of industrial applications.
- Working Style: You work in a structured, goal oriented, and independent manner and find practical, customer focused solutions to complex challenges.
- Communication & Presence: You are a natural salesperson with strong presentation and communication skills and are fluent in both German and English.
- Customer Orientation: Reliability, quality awareness, and a strong service mindset characterize your daily work.
- Engagement & Flexibility: You bring high personal commitment and are willing to travel regularly throughout France.
- Additional Advantages (optional): Experience in industrial environments or with dynamic applications is a plus.
